This notice explains how EMI's landing-page intake flow handles information you submit through the funding review form and related landing-page tools.
What we collect
- Name, email address, and any phone number you choose to provide.
- Funding request details such as amount needed, timing, and notes.
- Consent records, including whether you asked for ongoing funding updates.
- Campaign attribution and landing-page metadata tied to the request.
- Limited technical metadata such as timestamp, user agent, and a hashed version of IP address for security and recordkeeping.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your funding request.
- To email a confirmation that we received your submission.
- To send ongoing funding updates only if you separately opted in to those emails.
- To maintain consent and submission records.
- To measure landing-page performance when analytics consent is given.
Cookies and tracking
This landing-page flow can use first-party analytics cookies only after the visitor opts in. Embedded third-party tools such as MyRM forms or Cal.com may use their own cookies or storage after the visitor chooses to open them. See the Cookie Notice.
Who may process the data
- EMI and its internal operators handling the request.
- Vercel / Upstash infrastructure used to host the landing page and store submission records.
- Resend for confirmation and internal-notification emails.
- MyRM and Cal.com if you choose to open their embedded tools.
Email updates and unsubscribe
Ongoing funding updates are optional. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe later from those update emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting savi@pmfus.com.
